1. Using Lunamo.ai
By using Lunamo.ai you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Lunamo.ai to generate content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or sexually exploits minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content ownership and license
You own the videos you generate and may use them commercially. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and serve the content as required to operate the service.
5. Pricing and refunds
Pay-per-video purchases are non-refundable once the video is rendered. Subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lunamo.ai is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
